Starter is for solo professionals — one seat, three active projects, and a generous monthly AI usage cap that covers a typical individual workload. Pro is for teams — unlimited projects and AI, three seats included with real-time collaboration and version history, plus the Submission Builder with eSTAR export.

Starter includes a soft monthly cap of roughly 20 million tokens of AI work — in practical terms, enough for one solo professional to cover predicate research, drafting, and risk work across three active 510(k)-grade projects without hitting limits. If you regularly approach the cap, Pro is the right move.

If you sign up for Starter or Pro on a monthly plan and it isn't pulling its weight in your first 30 days, email us and we'll refund the charge in full. No surveys, no retention call. Annual plans and Enterprise contracts aren't covered by the monthly guarantee — those follow the terms in your order form.

Annual plans are billed once for the year and save you 20% versus monthly. You get the same features as monthly. Upgrades prorate immediately; downgrades take effect at the next renewal so you don't lose paid time.

Yes. Pro includes 3 seats; you can add additional seats as an add-on at any time. Pricing is per seat per month and shows up in your billing portal at checkout. If your team is larger than a handful of seats, Enterprise is usually a better fit.

Up or down, anytime. Cancel from the billing portal — no email required. After cancellation, you can export your full workspace (documents, hazard files, version history) at any time. Data is retained for 90 days then permanently deleted.

Yes. All workspace data is encrypted in transit and at rest. We don't train models on customer data, and Enterprise customers can opt into EU data residency. Security packets (SOC 2, pen test results) are available on request for Pro and included by default for Enterprise.

Today the platform is purpose-built for FDA — 510(k), De Novo, PMA, and the related correspondence flows. EU MDR support is on the roadmap; talk to us during a demo if EU is part of your near-term plan.
